Email can be a busy channel for product feedback from customer success and sales teams.
For example, if a salesperson receives an email about a lost opportunity because of a missing feature or a customer emails a feature request to their account manager, they’ll need a way to make sure that feedback isn’t lost.
Forwarding product feedback via email with Roadmap increases productivity for your team, keeps everyone in the loop, and maximizes opportunities to increase engagement. Team members can make sure that feedback from email isn’t falling through the cracks without switching tools or contexts.
Product teams increase understanding by aggregating feedback and understanding the biggest sources for different types of user feedback.
Each roadmap has a unique email address for forwarding feedback. To find your email address go to Settings –> Integrations. Copy the email address, add it to your address book, and share it with your team.
When you or your team receive product feedback that you don’t want to lose track of, forward the feedback to the email address provided.
The person forwarding the email will be added as an internal owner associated with the feedback and the original sender will be added as a subscriber. This way product teams have the option to re-engage directly with the original user or follow up with the internal team member.
Love to use Roadmap & email together? Have some ideas to make this integration even better? We’d love to hear from you!
